Quality judgment
A tight, opinionated skill with a clear decision branch, strong shared rules (throwaway, trivial to run, surface state, capture the verdict), and good fallback guidance for ambiguity. It loses points for relying on unseen LOGIC.md/UI.md files and having few concrete examples, but the core document is excellent.
