Quality judgment
A well-structured, opinionated skill with a clear three-phase process, strong vocabulary discipline, sensible edge-case handling (ADR conflicts, temp-dir portability, YAGNI scoping), and good delegation to companion skills. It loses points for a vague description that gives weak trigger signals, no concrete worked examples of candidate cards or grilling dialogue, and heavy dependence on referenced files (HTML-REPORT.md, codebase-design, grilling) whose absence would degrade execution.
