Question 1

How do I know an agent skill actually improves my recruiting agents before installing it?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench benchmarks every skill in a sandbox using the same model, run both with and without the skill, and publishes the Lift in percentage points. Lift is always shown separately from the trust score, so you can judge raw impact and overall quality independently before equipping any agent.

Question 2

Are agent skills safe to add to agents that handle candidate data?

Accepted Answer

Not by default — published research found roughly of skills carry at least one vulnerability. SkillzBench security-scans, license-checks, and quality-judges every skill version, pinning it to a commit SHA so you know exactly what your agents are running.

Question 3

How does SkillzBench help with EU AI Act compliance for employment AI systems?

Accepted Answer

EU AI Act Annex III obligations for high-risk employment AI systems become enforceable December 2, 2027, with fines up to €15M or 3% of global turnover. While SkillzBench is not a compliance tool, our verification trail — pinned versions, license checks, security scans, and per-agent loadouts — gives you documented control over exactly which skills and tools each agent can access.

Question 4

When can I start using SkillzBench?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench is pre-launch and actively being built. The waitlist and newsletter are live now, and joining gets you early access as the Discover, Verify, Benchmark, and Equip pillars roll out. Launch scope covers instruction-only skills (SKILL.md plus text references); script-bearing skills are listed link-out only.

Question 5

How is SkillzBench different from just searching GitHub for SKILL.md files?

Accepted Answer

GitHub gives you raw, unverified packages with no quality signal. SkillzBench continuously crawls and dedupes skills, pins every version to a commit SHA, publishes trust scores from 0-100 based on security, quality, license, maintenance, and community signals, and benchmarks Lift — and money never touches scores, so nothing is pay-to-rank.
