Question 1

How does SkillzBench help a security officer staffing agency vet the AI skills running our recruiting automation?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench is building a Verify pillar that pins every skill version to a commit SHA and runs validation, license checks, security scans, and quality judging before a skill can be equipped. That means the AI skills touching your candidate screening workflows are independently vetted rather than installed on faith — critical when published research found roughly of skills carry at least one vulnerability.

Question 2

Can we prove an AI screening skill actually improves our quality of hire metrics?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the Benchmark pillar. SkillzBench tests every skill in a sandbox using the same model, with and without the skill, and publishes the Lift in percentage points. Lift is always shown separately from ratings, and money never touches scores, so you get an honest measure of whether a skill genuinely helps your AI recruiter or just claims to.

Question 3

What compliance controls will we have over which skills our agents can use?

Accepted Answer

The Equip pillar provides one MCP server plus per-agent loadouts: you toggle skills and tools per agent, and the agent only sees what was chosen. Teams-tier plans are designed to add org loadouts, allowlists, and audit — giving your compliance team a clear record of what ran, at which version, pinned to a commit SHA.

Question 4

When can we start using SkillzBench, and what does rollout look like?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench is pre-launch and actively being built — the waitlist is live now. Once public, rollout is straightforward: discover candidate skills from GitHub, verify and benchmark them, then equip them per agent via the MCP server. Ongoing, the Stay current pillar tracks upstream changes and automatically re-scans and re-benchmarks, so there's no maintenance burden on your team.

Question 5

How is SkillzBench different from just installing skills directly from GitHub into Claude Code or Cursor?

Accepted Answer

Direct installation gives you no verification, no benchmarking, and no version control. SkillzBench adds an independent layer on top: commit-SHA version pinning, security scans, license checks, quality judging, sandboxed Lift benchmarks, a 0-100 trust score, per-agent loadouts, and upstream change tracking with re-scans and notifications — all through one MCP server, managed centrally instead of agent by agent.
