Question 1

How does SkillzBench handle license compliance for agent skills in a regulated security environment?

Accepted Answer

Every skill version is pinned to a commit SHA and run through a license-check as part of the Verify pillar, alongside validation, security-scanning, and quality judgment. Teams plans add org loadouts, allowlists, and audit trails so your compliance documentation covers the AI toolchain the same way it covers officer licensing.

Question 2

We're evaluating AI agents for remote video monitoring and dispatch workflows — how do we know a skill actually improves performance?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench benchmarks every skill in a sandbox using the same model with and without the skill, then publishes the Lift in percentage points. Lift is always shown separately from trust ratings, and money never touches scores, so you're choosing based on measured evidence.

Question 3

What happens if a skill we've deployed gets modified upstream?

Accepted Answer

The Stay current pillar tracks upstream changes, re-scans, re-benchmarks, and notifies you when something shifts. A quiet upstream edit — the kind that can turn a trusted skill risky — never changes what your agents do without you knowing.

Question 4

When can our security operations team actually start using SkillzBench?

Accepted Answer

SkillzBench is pre-launch and actively being built; the waitlist and newsletter are live now. Joining puts you first in line as the Discover, Verify, Benchmark, and Equip pillars roll out, with a generous free tier planned and Teams seats around $15-25/seat/mo for org loadouts and audit.

Question 5

How is this different from just reviewing SKILL.md files ourselves on GitHub?

Accepted Answer

Manual review can't pin versions to commit SHAs, run consistent license-checks and security-scans, or benchmark Lift in a controlled sandbox. SkillzBench does all of that continuously, plus re-scans on upstream changes — and script-bearing skills are listed link-out only so you know exactly what scope you're dealing with.
